    Essential Qualification and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in law.
    • Desirable: Master's degree in law, and social science or related field.
    • Candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience with focus on policy/socio-legal research.
    • Desirable: Experience of working in social development sector in research or training roles.
    • Demonstrated skills in generating quality research reports.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Ability to think and work logically and work precisely with attention to detail.
    • Willing to travel within and outside Karnataka.
    • Desirable: (a) Excellent planning and prioritisation skills, (b) Ability to work in a team, contributing to both team and individual goals, (c) Good communication, organising and time management skills, and (d) Experience in drafting will be an advantage.
