    National Law University of Delhi invites online application for the post of Supervisor – Litigation, Victim Advocacy Project

    Name of the Post: Supervisor – Litigation, Victim Advocacy Project

    Duration: Three-year engagement, extendable subject to university approval.

    Location: National Law University, Delhi

    Stipend: Rs. 1,00,000 / month

    Essential Qualification and Experience

    · LL.M. (Criminal Law or related specialization) or an equivalent Master's degree in Law, Social Science, or other related fields.

    · Updated knowledge of the new criminal codes and special legislations, along with proficiency in court procedures and practice.

    · Strong understanding of victim-centric criminal jurisprudence and victim rights frameworks - Experience in legal research, drafting, and preparation of court pleadings.

    · Ability to supervise litigation work, including coordination with fellows, paralegals, and counsel.

    · Experience in mentoring or training junior legal professionals.

    · High proficiency in written and spoken English.

    · Strong organisational, coordination, and case-management skill.

    · Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, and rights-based legal practice.

    · Desirable: (a) Previous work experience (2 years or more) in similar fields, (b) Experience working with grassroots organisations, legal services authorities, etc., (c) Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, AI tools, and graphic design tools; and (c) Proficiency in social media outreach.
