Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should be a LL.B. degree holder and enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council with 15 years of experience in legal/financial documentation/mortgage/guarantee/hypothecation/recovery suits/claims/SARFAESI Act/Debt Recovery Tribunal etc., and litigation in various courts/tribunals related to such matters, out of which minimum 5 years' experience must be in Pay Matrix Level-12 or equivalent post as per 7th CPC.
• Desirable: Experience in cooperative organization will be given preference.
