Essential Qualification and Experience

• An Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS/FCS) with degree in Law.
• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience of which at least 7 years as Company Secretary in a Company of repute.
• Weightage will be given to persons having at least 10 years relevant experience in Government / Public Sector Undertakings.
• Knowledge of Kannada is desirable.
• Deputation: (a) An Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS / FCS) with degree in Law, (b) Minimum 15 years' experience in Government/ PSU, and (c) Knowledge of Kannada is desirable.
