Essential Qualification and Experience

• The incumbent should be Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience of working as a Company Secretary in the reputed organization.

• Candidates having passed final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India/ qualified as LL.B. in addition to the above shall be considered as desired qualification.
