Essential Qualification and Experience

• Postgraduate degree, preferably LL.B./MBA/MSW.
• Demonstrate 12-15 years in ER practices & compliance, preferably in manufacturing plants/retail.
• A candidate should showcase Boldness, Agility and Technological proficiency.
• Possess knowledge of labour laws, compliance, industry practices, time office administration, payroll process, labour market trends and grievance management.
• Competence in managing disciplinary matters, liaising with government authorities, and handling labor matters before forums and labour courts.
