• Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (preference shall be given to the candidates who have law Degree).
• 0-5 years as Company Secretary, having experience in NCLT and NCLAT etc

Consultant (Academics & Research – Studies)

• Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (for Taxation).
• Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India/LL.B. (for Law related subject).
• 0-5 years of experience.
