West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti intends to engage purely on contractual basis for the position of "Consultant (Law)" under State Program Management Unit of National Health Mission at the State Head Quarter, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal, through Walk in interview on 14 June 2019 at 4th Floor, Swasthya Sathi Building, Swasthya Bhawan, GN-29, Sector-V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700091 at 1 pm.

Essential Qualification and Experience
- Honors graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Law from any University affiliated to UGC.
- Not less than 15 years' experience in a senior position in the HR/Personnel Department including 5 years of work experience in Legal Cell / Department in Head Quarter Corporate Office handling different types of court cases, engagement of and regular interactions with advocates of different courts/ High Court / District and State Consumer Forums / Tribunals, Arbitration / Contract / Disciplinary matters etc. Experience in working as Controlling Officer in any large Section/Cell under Personnel and Administration wing will be considered as added qualification.
