Essential Qualification and Experience

· Candidate should have a degree in LL.B.

· Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience out of which minimum 10 years' experience in Legal Department of NBFC//DFI/FI/Banks. The incumbent should have knowledge of Legal appraisal and Loan Agreement preparation.

· Candidate should be retired official from Central Govt./ State Govt./ CPSUs/state PSU/ Autonomous Body or any other equivalent organization from the rank not below E7 level or equivalent.
