Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in law with 8+ years of legal experience
• Experience in oral and written communication in English
• Experience in technology/content licensing and the e-commerce industry or equivalent
• Experience managing internal stakeholder relationships and working successfully across organizations and different cultures to deliver results requiring collaboration and coordination with multiple teams
• Experience working independently and directly with all levels of legal and business partners or equivalent
• LL.B. in India or equivalent law degree in other common law jurisdiction with 8-14 years of post-qualification experience
• Competence in a broad range of corporate, legal compliance and business laws
• Preferred Qualifications: (a) Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work, (b) Experience managing and growing complex business relationship at scale, (c) Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and (d) Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and providing strategic legal counsel in fast-paced, high-growth settings
