Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in law with 6+ years of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Law experience; with 8-12 years of inhouse legal or law firm experience.
• Ability to work with limited direction, exercise sound judgment, and manage discrete compliance matters as a single-threaded owner.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time.
• Can distil complex legal issues into clear, concise business guidance.
• A mix of law firm and in-house experience with exposure to workplace health & safety, product compliance, sustainability, or transport regulatory domains.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to be a trusted partner to business stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in developing expertise in product compliance, sustainability, and social responsibility domains.
