Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor of General Law.
• Minimum 8-10 years of legal experience with at least 2-3 years in corporate environment with focus on Corporate legal advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), commercial contracts and litigation management.
• The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal support to business stakeholders, manage legal risks, support transaction execution, oversee disputes, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, contract, and dispute resolution laws.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and transactional documents.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
