Essential Qualification and Experience

Deputy Project Officer (HR)

• Full time Graduate in any discipline with not less than 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) from any recognised University or Institute recognised by UGC.

• Post graduate degree in Management with specialization in HR/ Personnel (or) Post-Graduate in Law from any recognised University or Institute registered with UGC.

• Should have at least 02 years of post-qualification experience in various aspects of HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ Training & Development/ Administration & Legal Matters in Government Organisation/Public Sector Undertakings or in large and reputed Private Companies.

• Preference may be given to candidates with hands on experience in Legal matters (Service matters), RTI matters and working knowledge on HR module.

Senior Consultant (Legal)

• Graduate with LL.B. or Degree in Law (5 years integrated course) with not less than 50% marks from a recognized university / deemed university.

• The candidate should have at least 25 years of post-qualification experience as lawyer in Civil Courts / High Courts/tribunals of Andhra Pradesh. Should have thorough knowledge in Arbitration matters. Retired as GM/AGM in Legal Domain in any of the CPSE's in India in which last 10 years if experience is exclusively in Legal Department.
