Essential Qualification and Experience

• No person shall be eligible for empanelment as eminent Senior Advocate under the said sub rule (1) of rule (4), unless he has completed a continuous practice as an Advocate for a period of not less than Seven years, having sufficient experience in conducting Criminal Cases more specifically the Cases under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Central Act 33 of 1989).
