Essential Qualification and Experience

• The person shall be law graduate from a UGC recognized university or college in India and must have enrolled with the Bar Council of India/State Bar Council/District Bar association.
• The Advocate shall have minimum 10 years of experience as a practicing advocate across various courts, provided that the Competent Authority may relax the above conditions at its discretion, if otherwise found exceptionally suitable in certain cases but not less than 7 years.
• The Advocates having specialization in constitutional /service law, labour law may be preferred.
