Essential Qualification and Experience

• The applicant must be duly enrolled with the Bar Council.
• The applicant must have a minimum of three years' experience at the Bar.
• The applicant should possess sound knowledge and experience in handling cases before District and Taluka Courts.
• The applicant must have good professional standing, integrity, and competence.
• Preference may be given to advocates having experience in specific fields such as Criminal Law, Civil Law, Family/Matrimonial matters, Labour Law, Juvenile Justice, POCSO, Motor Accident Claims, Domestic Violence cases, etc.
