Essential Qualification and Experience

• Degree of Law (LL.B.) with minimum 60% or equivalent CPI/CGPA and Company Secretary (CS) with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience of Government/ Autonomous bodies in Drafting, Negotiating, executing legal agreements/ contracts, MoUs etc.
