Essential Qualification and Experience

• MBA/ PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM/ PGDHRM or equivalent in HR /Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/ MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR/Personnel Management.

• Minimum 22 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Personnel/ Human Resource Management/ Industrial Relations in Government organization / Public Sector Undertaking or Private concern of repute; out of which,

• For applicants from Government organization / Public Sector Undertaking, 14 years should be in a middle management position (E4 or above);

• Applicants must have served in the E-7 level of IDA Pay Scale as defined vide DPE OM W02/0028/2017-DPE(WC)-GL-XIII/17 dated 03-08- 2017 or equivalent CDA scale of pay for at least 2 (two) years.

• For Candidates applying from organizations in Private sector the average annual CTC of the applicant for the last 2 years should be equivalent or above Rs. 31 lacs per annum.

• Preferable: Degree in Law
