Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized University/Institute with International Law as subject or Equivalent Certification in International Law.

• Minimum experience of 8 years of practicing as an advocate independently or Law Firm of good repute before a District Court /High Court or DRT or working with any organization (public / private), out of which at least 2 years of working as a Law Officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank dealing with documentation related to international banking, forex lending, trade finance etc.
