Essential Qualification and Experience

Company Secretary (MMGS II)

• Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

• Minimum 2 years' experience (as on 01.06.2024) after obtaining membership of ICSI in a listed Company. Proficiency in MS Office suite will be an added advantage.

• Desirable Qualification: Preference will be given to candidates with additional Qualification of LL.B./CA/ICWA

Company Secretary (MMGS III)

• Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

• Minimum 5 years' experience (as on 01.06.2024) after obtaining membership of ICSI in a listed Company. Proficiency in MS Office suite will be an added advantage.

• Desirable Qualification: Preference will be given to candidates with additional Qualification of LL.B./CA/ICWA
