Essential Qualification and Experience

• LL.B. (3 years) with graduation in any course; Or 5-year Integrated Law Course (LL.B.)
• The LL.B. and integrated law course should be full time with minimum 60% marks.
• Minimum 1 Year post qualification experience in conveyancing, drafting of financing and security documents, guarantees and contracts, Land/Corporate due diligence, company laws, Transfer of property act, contracts, RDB Act, SARFAESI Act, insolvency and bankruptcy code.
• Candidates having experience in documentation involved in sole lending/consortium funding of large project in power/infrastructure sector and recovery/resolution cases in such fundings shall be given preference.
