Essential Qualification and Experience

• A law degree from a recognized University and enrollment with the Bar Council of Kerala.

• Minimum 20 years of active practice in legal matters, especially in real estate laws, property laws, consumer protection laws, contract law, insolvency and bankruptcy, building rules and other regulatory matters.

• Experience in appearing before the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Tribunals and High Courts will be added advantages.

• Profound knowledge of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016, Rules and Regulations thereunder, Civil procedure law and related statutes.

• Language proficiency in English and Malayalam and good drafting skills.
