• Graduate in LL.B. from recognised University.

• Retired Tehsildar with minimum 10 years' regular service in the post of Tehsildar.

• Co-ordination with State and Central Govt. entities on land/estate matters.

• Excellent written and Verbal English/Marathi Language communication skills and understanding of regional languages Marathi and Hindi.
