• The candidate should be a graduate and chartered in Law from a recognized university (should be registered as an advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa).

• At least 7 years' experience in legal profession will be required for this post as on the date of advertisement.

• Status of all types of law and department inquiries etc., regarding candidate revenue, service related and administrative. He should be well versed in the matter, so that he can, carry out legal proceedings efficiently.

• Candidate should have adequate knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English languages.
