Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should be an Advocate who has exposure in handling cases for High Court and Supreme Court of India.

• Preference will be given to candidates with previous exposure of minimum 3 to 4 years for handling Company Law and Insolvency and Bankruptcy cases matters in the above Courts.

• Residents of Delhi (Preferably South Delhi).
