Essential Qualification and Experience

• A Degree in Law.

• Post qualification experience of 3-4 Years with exposure in handling in High Court and Supreme Court of India cases.

• Preference will be given to candidate with previous exposure of minimum 3 to 4 years for handling Company Law and Insolvency and Bankruptcy cases matters in the above Courts.
