Essential Qualification and Experience

• Degree of LL.B. or equivalent from a recognised university and/or Institute in India or abroad, recognized by the Bar Council of India.

• Qualified to be registered as an advocate in any State Bar Council/ Bar Council of India in terms of Advocate's Act, 1961.

• For Retired Government Employees: Minimum 05 years of experience dealing with legal matters in any department/Ministry of Central Government.

• For Others: Minimum five years of post qualification experience of working in a Court of Law and/or Central Government Departments handling court cases.
