Essential Qualification and Experience

Joint Secretary (Arbitration & Conciliation)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

• At least fifteen years post-qualification experience in legal Affairs including seven years experience in Arbitration & Conciliation.

Joint Secretary (Cyber Laws)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

• At least Fifteen years’ post-qualification experience in legal Affairs including seven years experience in Cyber Law.

Director/Deputy Secretary (IPR/Copyrights)

• Master’s Degree in Law.

• Ten years of experience (including research & Publications) in handling matters pertaining to Intellectual Property Laws.

Director/Deputy Secretary (Edu Laws)

• For Director level post: (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law. (ii) Registered as an advocate in any State Bar Council/Bar Council of India in terms of Advocate’s Act’ 1961’. Ten years experience in the field of law providing legal services in educational sector.

• For Deputy Secretary level post: (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law. (ii) Registered as an advocate in any State Bar Council/Bar Council of India in terms of the Advocate’s Act 1961’. Seven years experience in the field of law providing legal services in the educational sector.
