Essential Qualification and Experience

• A Degree in LL.B.

• Enrollment Certificate as on Advocate with the Bar Council.

• Experience at Bar of handling Criminal matters in Courts including the High Courts.

• Unconditional willingness/ consent to work on the general terms and conditions approved by the Government of India from time to time.

• A minimum experience of 10 years as an advocate with experience in handling in criminal matters.
