Essential Qualification and Experience

Joint Chief (Legal)

• Degree in Law, preferably with specialization in regulation.
• Nature of Experience: Judicial/Quasi-Judicial legal matters including proceedings, petitions, pleadings, listing of the case laws etc.

Deputy Chief (Legal)

• Degree in Law, preferably with specialisation in Regulations/ master's degree in law.
• Nature of Experience: Judicial/ Quasi-Judicial/ Legal matters including proceedings, petitions, pleadings, listing of case laws etc.

Assistant Chief (Legal)

• Degree in Law, preferably with specialisation in Regulations/ master's degree in law.
• Nature of Experience: Judicial/ Quasi-Judicial/ Legal matters including proceedings, petitions, pleadings, listing of case laws etc.

Bench Officer

• Degree in law.
• Nature of Experience: Judicial/ Quasi-Judicial/legal matters including proceedings, petitions, pleadings, listing of case laws etc.
