Essential Qualification and Experience

• The candidate should be a graduate in law from a recognized university with minimum 5 years of experience in legal profession at Hon'ble Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal/ High Court.
• The candidate should be knowledgeable about all types of legal matters including service and administrative, so that he can carry out legal proceedings efficiently.
• The candidate should have sufficient knowledge of Marathi, Hindi and English language.
