Essential Qualification and Experience

• Graduate in law from a recognized University.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience from the date of registration with the bar council, in total, as a practicing Advocate and/or as a Law Officer in any of the Scheduled Commercial Banks/ PSUs/ State or Central Govt. departments or entities. (Period of experience in practice and service will be added for arriving at the total experience to be considered for this purpose).
