Essential Qualification and Experience
- As per Sections 18(3), (4), and (5) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, and relevant Government Standing Orders, Advocates who have been in active practice for not less than seven (7) years are eligible to be considered for appointment as Law Officers.
