Age Limit: 40 Years

Remuneration: Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) per month (fixed). Necessary TDS shall be deducted as per rules.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Master's in law from Recognised University/ College.
• Applicant applying for the post should be registered as an Advocate in the Bar Council of India or State Bar Council, in terms of the Advocates Act, 1961.
• Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Legal matters related to PCA Act, 1960 & allied legal procedure (Registration and work experience certificates may be enclosed with the application).
• Having work experience in Govt. Offices / Autonomous Bodies as Legal Advisors / Legal Consultants / Legal Assistants related to Animal Welfare Laws.
• Having experience in appearing before the District Courts, High Courts and Supreme Courts in Government Matters.
