Essential Qualification and Experience

Legal Assistant

• A bachelor's degree in law (Professional) from a university established by Law in India with enrolment as an Advocate in any Bar for two years or with two years' experience in dealing with legal matters in any Government Department/Government Organisation/PSU. (Explanation: Bachelor's degree in law shall mean: LL.B. 3 years (professional)/ 5years LL.B. integrated Course).

Junior Legal Assistant

• A bachelor's degree in law from a recognized University established by Law in India. (Explanation: Bachelor's degree in law shall mean: LL.B. 3 years (professional)/ 5 years LL.B. integrated Course).
