Essential Qualification and Experience

Legal Assistant (Delhi Pollution Control Committee)

• Degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Three years' experience as Legal Practitioner or one year experience in Legal work in a Government Department.

Legal Assistant (Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board)

• Possessing Regular Degree in Law (entitling the incumbent for registration at bar and appearing before the courts) from a recognized university or equivalent and 03 years' experience at Bar.

Legal Assistant (Department of Law, Justice and Legislative Affairs)

• Degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Two years' experience as Legal Practitioner or one year experience in handling Legal work in a Government Department/PSU.

Legal Assistant (Delhi Transport Corporation)

• Graduate in Law from a recognized institution established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or Provincial Act, or a State Act, or any other institution or foreign institution approved by the Central Government.
• At least one-year experience of working with advocate and enrolled with Bar Council.
• Should have knowledge (read and write) of Hindi Language.
