Essential Qualification and Experience

· Applicant should have a Master's degree in Law.

· Applicant should have at least seven years' experience in dealing with Acts/Rules/ Regulations/By-Laws and or in the field given in the job description.

· Desirable: Applicants should have knowledge of the Antarctic Treaty System, the Indian Antarctic Act, and Environmental Protection Rules and Indian as well as international law.

· Applicant may be skilled in Computer (MS Word, Excel and PPT.
