Name of the Post: Legal Counsel (Techno-Legal with IPR)

Essential Qualification and Experience

· Candidate should have a degree in LL.B.

· Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, in particular Intellectual Property and Technology contracts, SaaS, License agreements, research agreements, IPR provisions in service engagements, etc.

· Strong understanding of different forms of IPR - Patent, Copyright, Trademarks, Domain Names, Designs and Trade Secrets.

· Ability to understand different types of emerging technologies, advise on legal implications, draft and negotiate contracts therefor.

· Experience in patent search, drafting and prosecution (India, US, EP)

· Analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
