Essential Qualification and Experience

• Officers having the experience of handling legal affairs/ matters and who are working in the Central/ State Govt. / Union Territories/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Statutory or Autonomous Organization under the Central/ State Govt., are eligible for appointment to the post are as under:

• An officer of the aforesaid category holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/ department; or

• with 2 years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in- the Pay Band 4 Rs. 37400/- 67,000+ GP Rs. 8700/- or (Level-13 of 77th CPC) equivalent in the parent cadre/ department,

• With 7 years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the Pay Band 3 of Rs. 15,600-39,100+GP 7600/- (Level-12 of 7th CPC) or equivalent in the parent cadre / department,

• Degree in Law from a University or equivalent with 15 years, experience in legal work involving Civic Laws, Labour Law, Taxation, Arbitration, and Matters

• Willing Officers are required to submit their application in the prescribed format and, fulfilling the prescribed conditions, along with their Application/Bio-data, ACRs for preceding jive (5) years, integrity certificate, Vigilance Clearance Certificate, Cadre Clearance Certificate, Major-Minor Penalty (MMP) certificate for last 10 years etc. may be forwarded to the Assistant Commissioner, Central Establishment Department, East Delhi Municipal Corporation, Ground Floor, Udyog Sadan, 419-F.I.E., Industrial Area, Patparganj, Delhi-110092, within 45 days reckoned from the date of the circular (i.e.09.09.2021), to enable us to consider candidature for selection/appointment to the aforesaid posts on a deputation basis.
