Essential Qualification and Experience
• Retired Officers from Indian Law Services (ILS) or Law Officers from Central / State Governments, /Autonomous/Statutory bodies and preferably registered with Bar Council and having retired, minimum at the level of Under Secretary or equivalent in a substantial post in pay matrix of Level-11 and above at the time of retirement.
• The applicant should have at least 10 years of experience in handling legal issues and be conversant in drafting Affidavits and Court procedures and knowledge of Computer Software is essential.
