Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Science/ Engineering and Post-Graduate Diploma in IPR or LLM (professional) with specialization in IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) or Registered Indian Patent Agent or WIPO advanced courses (DL301, DL302, DL318, DL320, DL450, DL511) or PG certificate in patent practice.
- Professional experience of filing IPRs, docketing, IPR analysis (as an individual firm or with any reputed IPR firm) is preferred
