Name of the Post: Capital Markets Professional and Taxation & FDI Professional

Essential Qualification and Experience

Capital Markets Professional

• A degree in LLB/LLM with post qualification experience of 10+ years in the capital market and expert knowledge of SEBI & related Laws,

• Qualified CA's/CS and working experience with Corporate & Merchant Bankers would be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide advisory on legal and regulatory matters relating to capital market transactions

• Prepare documents, negotiate contracts and set up a compliance process

• Work with bankers/ merchant bankers for approvals from regulators, listing agencies and rating agencies

• Appear before SEBI Adjudicating Officer, Securities Appellate Tribunal

• Have a strong and pleasing personality, leadership & communication, skills

• Have sound reasoning and interpreting abilities and the willingness to work in teams

• Have an interest in working on other practice areas of the Firm wherever required

Taxation & FDI Professional

• A degree in LLB/LLM candidates with Post Qualification Work Experience of 10+ years.

• Qualified CA's/CS and working experience with Corporate, Consultants & Merchant Bankers would be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide Fax Litigation assistance: briefing, interpreting and drafting submissions

• Provide support on the structuring of the transaction, taxation, legal, business & other aspects of FEMA, FDI and ODI

• Possess expert knowledge of Corporate Law, FEMA, FDI & ODI Laws, policies & other related laws

• Provide Direct and Indirect Tax Advisory, Tax Planning, Structuring and Strategy

• Initiate dialogue & liaise with overseas & potential investors, government bodies/ agencies & other intermediaries

• Have a strong and pleasing personality, leadership & communication skills

• Have sound reasoning and interpreting abilities and the willingness to work in teams

• Have an interest in working on other practice areas of the Firm wherever required
