Essential Qualification andExperience

Company Secretary- MMGS-III

• Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

• Minimum 4 years of experience after obtaining membership of ICSI as on 01.01.2023, in a listed entity.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite will be an added advantage.

• SEBI regulations include SEBI LODR, SEBI ICDR, SEBI ILNCS, SEBI PIT, SEBI SAST etc. Regulations, IEPF Rules, Stock Exchange filing and compliances.

• Excellent communication (Written and Oral) skills, Interpersonal relationship skills is expected from the incumbent.

• Desirable: LL.B., C.A./ I.C.W.A.
