Essential Qualification and Experience

• A professional Law Graduate with extensive experience in dealing with legal matters of any Government organization/ Government undertaking, etc., Service Matters, Labour Laws, Land Laws and Liaising with PSUs/Central/State Government Offices. Candidate should have hands-on experience of drafting and vetting the documents.
• A minimum of five (05) years in dealing with legal matters in the Government of India/PSU/ Companies and similar entities. (ii) The minimum required qualification is LLB. (iii) Candidate should have excellent command over English; proficiency in Hindi is preferred. (iv) Practicing advocates with a proven track record may also be considered for engagement on a retainership basis.
