Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized University/Institute approved by the Bar Council of India.
• The candidate must be enrolled as an Advocate with a State Bar Council under the Advocates Act, 1961 and must possess minimum ten (10) years of continuous membership of the State Bar Council as on the closing date of application.
