Essential Qualification and Experience

Litigation Associate

• B.A.LL.B. / equivalent degree from a recognised institution with a PQE of at least 5 years.
• Prior exposure to litigation especially healthcare law, regulatory matters is mandatory.
• Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Proactively participate in suggesting mechanisms to strengthen the firm's current and future activities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to regularly use technology such as computer applications, databases, and case management software across devices.
• Ability to guide junior members of the firm.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under deadlines.
• Professional approach, sound judgment, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Ability to unclutter complex legal issues, comprehend and present them in a crisp manner.
• Proficiency in English and Kannada.

Junior Litigation Associate

• B.A.LL.B. / equivalent degree from a recognised institution.
• Enrolment with the Bar Council of India and clearance of the All-India Bar Examination is mandatory.
• PQE of one year is an added advantage with exposure to Healthcare Law, litigation in general, or regulatory matters.
• Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to regularly use technology such as computer applications, databases, and case management software across devices.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under deadlines.

Junior Research Associate

• B.A.LL.B. / equivalent degree from a recognised institution with a PQE of at least 1 year in research.
• Prior academic exposure such as publications, research projects, paper presentations, conferences, panel discussions is mandatory.
• Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to regularly use technology such as computer applications, databases, and case management software across devices.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under deadlines.
• Professional approach, sound judgment, integrity, and confidentiality.
