Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.) with 7-10 years of experience in commercial contract law, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Building trust with internal teams, including procurement, sales, finance, and HR.
• Negotiation Skills: Balancing legal protection with commercial flexibility during contract negotiations.
• Clear Legal Communication: Translating complex legal language into understandable terms for non-legal stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Critical for reviewing contracts and identifying potential risks or inconsistencies.
• Adaptability & Agility: Navigating changing business environments, priorities, and legal landscapes.
• Upholding ethical standards and acting as a trusted advisor to the business.
• Provide day-to-day legal assistance to global commercial and procurement legal teams. Support business and user teams in finalizing legal documentation such as restructuring documents, contract amendments, and vendor/customer agreements.
