Essential Qualification and Experience

• Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India/ Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India/MBA/Law Graduate from reputed institute. (Preference will be given to Company Secretary and Insolvency Professional).
• 20 years' experience in Insolvency, banking, finance, corporate laws, insurance, corporate governance, securities laws preferably with a regulatory body/self-regulatory body or in a reputed organization, which shall include at least 5 years in a CEO or next-to-CEO position or at Senior Management position. Exposure to regulatory, monitoring and disciplinary functions will be preferred.
