    A) Position: Media Subscription Manager (3 Vacancies)

    1 Position in Delhi (Physical Office)

    2 Positions Remote (Work From Home)


    B) Experience & Duties

    • Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience

    • Manage and grow the subscriber base for LiveLaw's digital media and legal content subscriptions.

    • Execute sales strategies to achieve conversion and retention targets.

    • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to subscription renewal.

    • Utilize CRM software effectively to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyse sales data.

    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for subscriber acquisition and engagement.

    • Analyse conversion and retention metrics to refine sales and marketing tactics.

    • Provide excellent customer service to enhance subscriber satisfaction.

    C- Candidate Requirements

    • Communication: Good written English skills are mandatory, along with communicative spoken English.

    • Language: Knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage.

    • Technical & Mindset:

    o Strong knowledge of the business ecosystem.

    o A flair for organic thinking (innovative and holistic problem-solving).

    o Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM systems.
