Presiding Officer Recruitment At Tribunal-Cum-Labour Court

Ministry of Labour & Employment, government of India is filling up the post of Presiding Officer of Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-tabour Court at Ahmedabad, Chandigarh-I, Delhi-I. Lucknow, Mumbai-Il, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar.
Name of the Post: Presiding Officer
Essential Qualification and Experience
· A person shall not be qualified for appointment as Presiding Officer, unless he, - (a) is, or has been, a Judge of a High Court; or (b) has, for a combined period of ten years, been a District Judge and Additional District Judge.

· The Bio-Data of each officer may be furnished in the proforma placed at Annexure-Il, III & IV be filled by the concerned officer and to be attested by the concerned Registrar General.
· Judicial Officers who had earlier applied for the posts of Presiding Officer if they fulfill the eligibility conditions as given in Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal and other Authorities (Qualification, Experience and other Conditions of Service of Members) Rule,2020 must apply afresh.
